1. Dungeon of Dreams will not admit anyone to use the Dungeon if they have not complied with the requirements of membership for the Dungeon of Dreams Members Club.
2. All visitors must agree to abide by fire safety rules and to follow the instructions of the any representative of Dungeon of Dreams, in the event of fire.
3. All visitors will receive a brief induction on use of equipment and must undertake, to operate the equipment as instructed. Use the equipment - but don't abuse it! If you are unsure how to operate it safely, ask for assistance.
4. All visitors have a duty of care for their own health and safety and also, agree to abide by all safety instructions in the use of the equipment and premises.
5. We have a very strict behavior policy. Everything must be safe and consensual. NO means NO. Anyone breaking these rules will have their membership terminated immediately and will, be asked to leave. Customers must ensure that the Dungeon Keeper is advised of their safe words.
6. Any loss or damage whilst you or your party is using the Dungeon and equipment will be deemed your responsibility and will be charged to you accordingly.
7. If you require to use video or other cameras, or recording devices of any kind, then please arranged prior with the Dungeon Keeper. If anyone is found using any kind of camera or recording device without prior consent on meetings or events, then this will be confiscated and the person will be evicted from the premises.
8. No smoking Please as this is against the Law
9. If at any time you feel unwell or notice someone else is ill, whatever the reason, please report this to the Dungeon Keeper so that we can take the necessary action immediately. |

Safety
Your safety is of utmost importance to us so all equipment is made to the highest standard. The Dungeon is also equipped with a first aid box, fire extinguishers and a two way intercom for any assistance you may require.
Privacy
Your privacy during your booking is completely assured. You will have full exclusive and private use of all the facilities. The Dungeon Keeper will be in separate area above the dungeon, he or she will not disturb you during your booking.
Help or Assistance
The Dungeon Keeper will be available at all times if you need any help or assistance. He or she will be on hand to deal with problems or questions you may have. You will only see the Dungeon Keeper briefly at the begging and at the end of your booking. If you need any assistance you can summon the Dungeon Keeper with the use of a two way intercom system.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
The Dungeon will always be cleaned to the highest standards before anyone uses the facilities. This cleaning and preparation of the dungeon is to make it a wonderful magical place for you and to make sure that all is ready and perfectly in its place.
Damage to the Dungeon
The Dungeon Keeper will inspect the room after the hire period, in the company of the hirer and if items are found to be missing, damaged or additional cleaning is required, then the hirer will be required to reimburse the owner from the Damage deposit.
What is not allowed
We will not tolerate anything which involves illegal drug use or any other illegal activities. All users of the dungeon must be consenting adults over 18 years of age, I.D must be shown at all times before use.

Sorry No Smoking is allowed in the dungeon
Discretion
We expect our visitors to be discrete and respectful and it goes without saying that you can expect the same from your hosts. |
